Aleph Academy

Aleph Academy – it’s the monthly livestream series in which Aleph hosts speakers across diverse disciplines and expertise.

As a speaker in July 2021, I touched on the power of sound as an asset in design. I then saw the opportunity to extend this into a real-world project by creating a sonic identity for the series and pioneer sonic explorations within Aleph.

The Goal 🎯

Create a unique sonic identity for Aleph Academy, centered around their ethos of borderless collaboration and open learning.

A lean branding exercise

The idea and process was kept simple.

Just like any other design process, we did our research, ideated and iterated to close in on an MVP that could be released in a short span of 2 months.

Launch + What’s next?

The 5 minute MVP went live in the October edition, and has since been used at the beginning and end of every session. It continues to be a sound that belongs uniquely to Aleph Academy – vibrant and celebratory.

This is simply the beginning of integrating sound into the experience here at Aleph.
